Yesterday was a real busy and long day of work. Rushed back to office when Kiat Wah(new sup) called after barbie doll event.
I was given a very critical, important task. A long and complicated story so i'm not gonna explain it here. Basically i was the mediator or peacemaker between this guy, Mr Richard and Aetos Security. Mr Richard threatened to write into the papers if he continues to receive nuisance calls which are actually meant for Aetos. Kiat Wah had been troubled over this matter for 3+ months as neither of the party is willing to give in a lil. He got scolded badly, horribly by Mr Richard..So now, he asked me to represent CAAS to make the call. I had to be extremely careful with what i say or things may get worse or may be dragged down... Big courage that my supervisor actually trust me when he knew me for only two days. Thanks sir! AND..... Heng ar! Mr Richard nv scold me! He was so darn nice on the phone! He accepted the temporary solution i gave!! Plus, my supervisor is so happy and grateful that he rewarded me with Ferraro Rocheo(wrong spelling??). All of a suddden, i felt as if i'm a kindergarten child getting a shiny star sticker from my teacher! =))After which, i had to call up all 90+ airlines to update their station managers' contact list and check for standard operation procedures in case of crisis or aircrash. And i had to do up Movie synopsis, time schedule for the Movie Lounge. Still had to do Channel A(arrival) flight in transit. Then i had to cover Larson for barbie doll after work. It's quite stressful but at least i'm not paid for stoning.
This new office that i'd moved is famous for being a boring, quiet place.. Seems like i've changed it!! Hahhaa maybe a lil. I'm so full of nonsense and hyper that the ppl say i'm the MONKEY, head-nodding robot when i plug in earpiece, Hokkien gua(song) Ginna(kid) when i blast hokkien songs in office, groundshaker(my laughs). They even nominated me for the Seletar AirCrash roleplay to act as the next-of-kin...The hyper monkey, they call me at times... Doesn't matter cos i dun take this kinda thing to heart..Call me shortie, stupid anything also nvm =]Lastly,
