Met jol at Old Chang Kee before work. Alicia came down too-during her one-hr break! We were walkin' cluelessly and searching for the brand YSL. It is supposed to be outside Cineleisure but no leh....All we see is
Daviduff.. Then my cousin called and say is Daviduff..! We came for work not knowing what we have to do!
Saw boxes of roses!!! Gosh heng ar!! No give flyers!! Give roses!!! A relief for us. One of the in-charge brief us on what has to be done. Basically, just tie some card to the roses and wait for time to hop on a scooter each and give out
FREE roses to wherever the scooter drop us at! Everything seemed exciting until the scooters are in sight. The "drivers" are all males, only one female. Total strangers...we have nv ride a scooter before...Then we were assigned to different scooter! Luckily, i got the one and only female!!! Muahaha. Jol got a super dao guy while emileen got a funny malay guy!
All eyes were on us when we were on the roads! PAI SEH it was!! But slowly somehow got used to it...I didnt put on my specs so everything was unclear...so it's alright! The feelin of riding a scooter seemed like my first time on a rollercoaster- thrilling! She's a skilled driver to me cos i didnt feel at all insecure =] Amanda gogogo!! She's simply cool!
There's only two stops- opp Wheelock place and Lucky plaza.
Who doesnt want free flower?! Typical Singaporeans lah... It's realli sweet when u give ah peh a rose cos they'll give it to ah ma who's beside him! Old couples, hand in hang... =]
For the younger ones: Some girls gey gey dun want the rose but the guy will take it then give her...then she'll accept. Happened in a few couples! There was even a time when ppl crowd round me and queue for free roses!! Jol and i met a grp of thais and she spoke thai to them! It's the first time i hear Jolene speaking in THai! Some ppl only take the rose after asking if it's free!
In all, it's realli sweet and happy for those couples =) Both smiling from their heart.
Jus then, someone came up to me asking for a rose. Lifted up my head and realised it was SImiao!! Then i went jumping and went "simiao simiao simiao"! She muz be happi to see me too!! Wahahaha so byl!! She had one rose already.So i gave her one rose...thought she'll give it to him but he took it and gave it back to her!!! WOuldnt it be sweet for her to give him?? Hmm...as long as they happi, can liao. They even kiss in front of me!! Hahhaaa i feel sooo outta place!! hHhahaa. I think thats one thing i'll never have the courage to do! Whahaha. Shy can?!
The traffic at Lucky plaza was heavier and so, zero roses is left!
*Vroom vrroom* we weaved thru the traffic back to cine =)
Ended at 6pm then jol went to find her bf, emileen join her mum for dinner while i went ah ma's house. Saw
Jeff Wang, Mark lee, Ben yeo and Darren Lim filming some variety show at tpy central. Darren lim is gd looking! Mark lee looks slightly better in person. Ben yeo...hmmm think look the same. Too many kpo ppl there who blocked Jeff Wang. Didnt wanna stay long so walk to interchange. Heard a familiar voice..sounds like
Taufik!! Yes it was!! Sooo many ppl....crazy girls screaming for him!! Siao....! He looked the same in person too. When he sings, he has this habit with his hands. I dunno how to describe so see for yourself.
Okok i'm real stressed up again!! Cos tmr still gotta back give free roses...! Then i need to complete my application letter and stuffs. And monday is Saffron!! First time waitressing...die!! For sure to screw everything up. Then there's jap test too....Hopeless!!! Still unsure if it's on monday or thursday. Monday means
